Friendliness and knowledge of sales assistant. We were looking for a pan to boil beetroot and there was one pan left at a reduced price = result!!
Well I have only just started using the pans and I do love them now I know what oils to use they are very easy cook in, clean and look good

Visited the store in Newcastle looking for a particular size pie dish for an old recipe. No such size is now available but the helpful staff found me one of the same volume so the ingredients/dish size would be correct. Fantastic service above and beyond.

Good value for money
Good value for money, excellent service.
I do have an issue as when I unpacked the dinner services to wash them I found a chip on one of the dessert bowls. I emailed three days ago to Procook to ask if a replacement could be sent to me as I do not live local to the shop. No one has come back to me as of yet.
