It’s a lovely shop with a huge range of products. I can always find something I like there. The lady who served me was very helpful and friendly. The products I’ve purchased from them are great quality and good value.

Staff most obliging and helpful. I requested to take a closer look at what i was looking to buy, only to helpful to assist me with this and explanation of the product given well. Upon using product at home found to be an excellent peice of equipment for my needs.

Great product / Great service!
The sales assistant whose name I did not get, was extremely helpful, and and made us aware of the best combination for our set of Signature Elite cookware.
We are now using them, (and as someone who sold cookware in the past) they are a very high quality set of pans and stock pots.
There was a less expensive option, but this range has a double handle on each item, to make handling a lot easier.
