PERFECT
Window Display in Pro Cook Store caught my eye. First time in store. cookware and Electrical items on display. Pro Cook also had a good sale on. Staff friendly and helpful.
I looked at the saucepans sets and saw these really stylish ones. Also needed a frying pan. Decided to place my order on there Pro Cook Website using a Discount code.
Very pleased with my saucepans set. It has passed the scrambled egg test and definitely no sticking to sides.
A thumbs up for my frying pans set too. Good quality and strong.

Excellent company , good quality products and quick delivery . I have bought a dinner service, fish slice and various other things and am delighted with all of it. The Watford branch is great but also online delivery speed is very fast . Good customer service by phone and in store .

Not very happy with this.
I didn't expect this pan to darken so much on the inside after just one use. Other, cheaper pans haven't had this! I'm not sure of the quality of this product.

Lovely staff at Watford store
I am torn between two different procook cookware sets and ended up returning both because I need more time to figure out what’s right for our kitchen. The staff at the Watford store were so nice, patient and helpful, even when the kids came into the store and were bouncing off the walls! Even if you buy online, you can pop into a store and the customer service is really great!
