Always treated with Respect, which Always makes shopping there a Pleasure!!

Nice item in store, don’t think I’ll return
Customer service assistant seemed a bit put out when I asked about something that took him from behind the till area. Once I returned to the till with a couple of items his demeanour changed and was very friendly. I believe I should be treated friendly whether I make a purchase or just browse the store.

High quality products
The store/showroom experience was pleasant to navigate. It was helpful to be able to touch and try all the products.
The products (I bought professional bi-ply pots and 2 frying pans), are wonderful! I am so pleased! These are high performing pots and pans that heat up fast and evenly. Food cooks evenly and doesn’t burn due to the bi ply which allows for even heat transfer. The pots are also induction optimized. I previously developed a cookware line so I am very discerning and picky. I haven’t bought new cookware in decades so my expectations are high. I’m so glad I bought these pots and am so pleased with my purchase. I look forward to purchasing more procook items.
