Very quick and easy to book the tests.
Customer support has been super efficient with getting certificates sent over. Daisy White was very knowledgeable and amazingly helpful and proactive in helping with the process.
Daisy was a great help today organising my appointment being kind and considerate fabulous.

I was pleasantly surprised with today’s amazing service over the phone, we are awaiting an EPC required for mortgage purposes and Daisy White was able to take our query (when we could get a EPC technician to do the survey) away and within half an hour she called back with availability next day in the morning. Very professional service and we will be looking to use them in future for there related services.

After a slightly nervous start, Natalya was extremely helpful in sorting out a very prompt appointment for me for an EPC assessment. Garath, the accredited assessor, rang, as promised, arrived exactly on time the next day, was very personable and helpful, and the certificate was available to view that same afternoon. Fantastic.

When I have made an enquiry Daisy Holmes has been very quick to respond which is quite something in todays world. So thank you Daisy.

Making one call to a tenant over the telephone, with no confirmation to them or landlord by text, call or email is inadequate. My tenant waited in on the day he thought had been arranged which turned out to be a miscommunication. I have had to pay a £90 call-out fee but will not try to rebook the appointment or use them again. Logging in to their website by own admission was not working at then time so I was not able to check appointment that way. Repeated emails to customer services, the last few of which they ignored. Unhelpful throughout.
