For someone who has no clue about the upkeep of her car, I feel looked after by these guys who not only give excellent customer care but also a superb service. This is my go to for any of my car issues.

On time. A courteous service with a phone call when the MOT was finished. Everything great

I had a lovely experience with this garage. I was able to book really easy online and when I called to add a service to my booking, Lisa was really friendly and helpful.

When I arrived for my appointment I had a lovely warm welcome from Lisa. The repair was carried out within the hour (I waited for the repair and was offered a hot drink). It was a really positive experience.

Although this garage isn't local to me, I will be booking future repairs here.

Overall good service from staff but once I picked my car up and drove it home I found that the locking nut wasn't replaced where it goes and left in the ashtray plus after doing a service the service was reset on my panel

The receptionist was delightful and extremely helpful. She kept me informed of work that needed doing on the car as it became apparent during the process. The team did repaired, serviced and MOT'd my . All on the same day.

Great service as always

I had 4 new tyres fitted a couple months back with ‘free wheel alignment’ offered to me. I happily accepted as why not.. after this, my car was vibrating all the time and I just thought it was in my mind, but I decided to take the car back and explain and see if this can be fixed as it’s like my wheels are out of balance or not aligned properly. They took my car in free of charge and tried to fix the problem, I was told it’s all done, all 4 wheels needed alignment and 2 rear wheels needed balancing. Great. I drove out the car park, and my steering wheel wasn’t correct, if I drove with the steering wheel straight I would go to the left. So the next day, they take the car back in to correct this and I was told after my car was supposedly corrected that if it’s still not right I need to go to Kwikfit as they have better equipment for wheel alignment. Anyway, as I drove out, my car was moving to the left instead with my steering wheel straight. Really not great for a reputable company of protyre. Also, I was definitely overcharged for my tyres as I was interested to see how much they were online and it’s a lot less than what I was quoted. That one is my fault for trusting in the company.
