Main reason for 5*was reception team of Phil and Liam. - In Nov. I faced a difficult choice of paying £3400 for repair . Care and helpful advice made my choice easier. And an excellent job was done. This time it was MOT time, and again the same two guys offered good advice, with real customer support.
Whilst it still cost me another £400 I came away feeling well looked after.. sorry mechanics, you did another great job as well.
A good reception team creates customer retention.

They all went the extra mile to fit my…
They all went the extra mile to fit my car in for MOT after the online booking system went wrong. They called me within minutes and it was taken care of. Test was done on time and it was thorough. I was made to feel welcome on arrival.

Very helpful from start to finish
Very helpful from start to finish. Did a thorough free winter check of the car with nothing needed but good advice on front tyres. Preferred tyres not in stock but were ordered and arrived next working day.

Poor quality work.
2 front tyres put on solution left on wheels when washer off found surface marks on diamond cut alloys when back to Gates Tyres Carlisle said the machine does not mark alloys but during change of tyres the wheels were marked, also booked in at 09.00 am for tyre replacement days in advanced but car only started at 10.00am 1 hour late.
