I came in at 8:30 when they opened last Friday morning after hitting a curb, because I was trying to avoid an oncoming lorry that was on my side of the road, which resulted in splitting the tyre.
After a wonderful man stopped to help me put the space saver wheel on, I managed to get to the garage. They put a new tyre on for me and I was back at home and ready to start work all before 9:30!
Speedy service, wonderful guys. Hope you enjoyed your doughnuts!

Found the right tyre at the right price

Turned up for appointment and as made to wait. The tyre I had pre-paid for was not in stock. They told me to come back in the afternoon. I couldn’t because I was working - which was why I had booked the morning appointment. I was offered another tyre and told ‘it was the same spec and price’. I agreed to exchange but when I checked the price and spec online, the tyre I exchanged to was of a significantly lower quality (I had pre-paid for B but was given D quality). The tyre I was given was also £30 cheaper than the one I had already paid for. I complained but the tyres had already been fitted, I had to go back to work and I am sure nothing would have been said by ProTyre unless I had complained. Awful service.

Welcoming, with job completed professionally. Good communication on what was completed including resetting computer. Plus ran through potential causes of wear & suggested options for rectification.

Amazing, fast service and very helpful advice. Also noted additional important changes that were needed. Would very highly recommend!!
