I received brilliant service from Pro…
I received brilliant service from Pro tyres Apple Lane branch today. I knew I had a puncture but needed to start work nearby at 6. I couldn't risk taking my car to the work car park as it would have been completely flat by my 8.30 break so I left it on their car park at 5.30 and returned at 8.30 to explain. Obviously it wasn't booked in, and they were short staffed, I had expected it to be all day or even the following day but they managed to fit me in and fix my puncture before I finished work at 2pm. Very helpful and polite, thank you so much.

Having had a tyre failure on the A30 near Exeter. A chap called Craig who was driving past us from Protyre Exeter, stopped and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us replace the shredded tyre on our van and got us back on our way.

Professional, knowledgeable and reasonable
I highly recommend Protyre for their fantastic service and fair pricing. I have used them a few times now and recommended them to others. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. As a woman I have never felt talked down to in there, as I have done in other places, and while I was waiting for my car noticed they treated every other customer with the same respect and eagerness to help.
