Professional, knowledgeable and reasonable
I highly recommend Protyre for their fantastic service and fair pricing. I have used them a few times now and recommended them to others. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. As a woman I have never felt talked down to in there, as I have done in other places, and while I was waiting for my car noticed they treated every other customer with the same respect and eagerness to help.

Polite and efficient administration. Excellent liaison with the tyre fitter, who explained the condition of each tyre by showing details using a sophisticated electronic device. A slightly longer wait for the check and replacement than I anticipated, but still very professional service overall.

Anytime i’ve come here they have ALWAYS sorted me and advised me on the spot. No hidden agendas, offered appointments when they can. More than once i’ve been squeezed in and they have fixed my issues (usually small jobs) i’m elated by the customer service here. Toby is actually a very caring and competent chap, amazing customer service skills, not out to make money, here to service and look after any customer that comes through the door. Always fair prices and waiting times, The team here work efficiently, speedily and always want to help and satisfy. I direct all friends and colleagues here any time they ask.
