Simple to go online to search. Selected Asda Tyres after inputting, initially, my registration, selecting alternative tyres to match those fitted, selected this local fitter who we've used for nearly 30 years and a convenient date and time.
Saved £25 on anywhere else which was a bonus too.
Protyre at Ferndown were the fitters. Polite, welcoming and knowledgeable and professional. We wouldn't go anywhere else, excellent service, car was kept clean, as dust covers used inside car. Even offered refreshments.
And yes, we were once stupid enough to go elsewhere. Found, half way down the motorway, that the alternative fitter hadn't torqued one of the wheels. So we literally trust the Bathwick Protyre Team with our lives.

Fantastic staff

I needed new tyres fitted. I rang first thing and surprisingly they had a slot that morning.
The staff are efficient very polite and nothings too much trouble.

I hit a high curb and nocked a chunk out of my front nearside tyre , I managed to nurse my car for a mile or so to Protyre west Moors where in spite of them being incredibly busy they managed to fit me in and sorted me out with a new tyre within 1.5 hours which was pretty good going all things considered, staff especially manager were very friendly and professional

Aircon re-gas booking. Accommodated my request for an early morning 'while you wait' appointment. 45 mins. Chris and the team - 'spot on' in completing with a full report.

Fantastic customer service from the manager Chris, as soon as I arrived, it was made very clear what was happening and a good structured plan was detailed to me about how long I'd be waiting, what my options were and what works were being carried out to my car. Chris also offered me a coffee, which was lovely - all in all, a great experience!! highly recommend.

Had to take my wheel off as a puncture at home, no where had the size or could t fit me in. West Moors branch were super helpful, very nice team. Very speedy service. In and done within 10 mins.

I made a booking over the phone to get a slow puncture checked - the guys saved the tyre and sorted in double-quick time for £35 - a lotter cheaper than a new tyre I reckon, so very pleased!

Chris has built the perfect team at Protyre Autocare - Ferndown. He is always there to meet and greet on arrival and is always so friendly and welcoming. Chris ensures the process from booking a convenient appointment, to dropping your car off, to the communication during, to collecting again afterwards is completely customer centric. Waiting is made comfortable with great coffee and conversation in what is obviously a busy and popular centre. After three years I wouldn’t consider taking my cars to anyone else.

Great service. I was able to book my mini in for a re-gas of it's air conditioning very quickly, just in time for the heatwave! The whole process from on-line booking to completion was very easy. Great service and great team of staff.
