Great service. I was able to book my mini in for a re-gas of it's air conditioning very quickly, just in time for the heatwave! The whole process from on-line booking to completion was very easy. Great service and great team of staff.

Protyre handled my Mot and I appreciate their hard work however there is key areas they could improve that would drastically improve the customer experience especially now the mot costs almost £50 per time.

A) spend the time to explain in detail what has failed the mot and give recommendations as to the next steps.

B)I understand they are busy however they never pick up the phone which is inconvenient for clients that live more than 10minutes away. So to book a retest you have to physically go into the garage and then come back later which adds up to 40mins of driving. (We have a fuel crisis going on currently)

Overall they did what they advertised and checked my car however I feel if they were a little bit more customer focused it would help customers trust them and also want to come back.

Next time I will take my chances with another garage and see what that is like.

Price and service

I had an issue with my vehicle post service which I escalated via Protyre customer support. Area manager Mark Barrett was exceptional at resolving this and the garage handled my concerns professionally whilst fully resolving the issue. Will return again for service / MOT and tyres to Ringwood Rd branch.

The team at the West Moors site are always my go-to whenever I need help and advice - they're super friendly, super efficient and nothing ever seems too much bother.

My visit to Pro tyre was all arranged and paid for online. I arrived at the appropriate time handed over my keys to Chris and I was told the job would take just over an hour, so I walked a short distance to a local cafe. Returned forty minutes later and had just sat down in the waiting area to be told that the car was ready. Great job, Chris and team.

Getting a pair of new tyres in a hurry was very quick and easy. The price was very competitive - surprisingly, no more than I paid several years ago. The website made it simple to find the right tyres and choose ones that were available for while-you-wait fitting within a couple of hours.

Having read some bad reviews of other Protyre centres, e.g. appointments not kept to time and, even after arriving, people told to come back another day as centre was too busy, I decided to stick to Bathwick Tyres Ferndown. I had used them several times before even pre Protyre always been happy with service and they had good reviews. Glad I did.
Got there 5 mins. early and car was taken in immediately. Was told it would be about an hour (4 new tyres) it was all done in 30 mins.
Staff very friendly.
Highly recommend this branch.

Popped there to have my car inspected underneath due to a knocking noise, had to have one front tyre replaced, service was exceptional, no idea what they did but underneath noise now gone, will definitely be back...1st class....
