PROTYRES LET ME DOWN
They took a booking for a day they were closed and on the rearranged day the prepaid tyres were not at the depot. I was supposedly getting a call from their head office but that didn’t happen either. Got my money back and had new tyres fitted without hassle at Kwik Fit.

despite booking in advance I still had…
despite booking in advance I still had to wait 2 hours for them to start a tyre change.
Staff were lovely, results good and price reasonable and there's refreshments on hand and fortunately quite a few of us were in the same boat so we all chatted but I wasnt expecting to wait so long, they are usually so prompt so I think it was an unusually busy day

Protyre Holton Heath are excellent. They are always helpful, friendly, and will advise you on what you need.
I had a slow puncture in one tyre and they were able to fix it for me promptly.

There were just 2 guys at work when I went for my new Falken tyres.... They were working flat out and mostly did not have time to answer the phone, which was runging almost constantly... I cannot praise them highly enough - they did their very best with the numbers of staff allocated to that branch by their head office - makes you wonder about head office motives...

Shambles!
I was booked in for 11.15 am but I had to wait 3 hours to get my tyres done. Other people came in after me and got served before me. The manager seemed to just ignore me as he never gave me an explanation of why there was a delay!
However the fitter that did the job was excellent considering it was a very hot day.

Push out of our allotted time.
We had an an appointment booked for 09:00. We got seen at 09:50. My wife missed her meeting and we were altogether very unhappy. There is no point in booking if you can’t keep basic time keeping especially as we are good customers.

Had an appointment cancelled at the…
Had an appointment cancelled at the very last minute when I was already there. I had tried to call ahead to check exactly where the location was and no-one picked up the phone. No-one had emailed or called to let me know not to bring the car in and they couldn’t offer another appointment. I now how to wait for the refund to go back into my account.

The Holton Heath team are really good.
The Holton Heath team are really good.
They showed me the problem with each of my tyres
Also they repaired a valve in another of my wheels and at the end this was free of charge.
Both the fitters are nice lads friendly and happy to explain things.
