I had a slow puncture
I had a slow puncture, my tyres were in great condition. They looked at viable options, explained what they were looking for (including the safety aspects) and were able to patch it saving me money.... never had that option before from others. Polite, professional and cared. Fab service, warm welcome, and treated me respectfully. thank you.

Good price, good tyres & good service!
Friendly helpful staff, tyres were very competitively priced and available from stock with no waiting for 2 or 3 days like other local fitting places which was great!
Was able to book a slot and was seen and out in less than half an hour, happy days!

Appalling Service & Attitude !
Having used Cribbs Tyres on numerous occasions, I booked it in for new brake pads. I arrived as planned, and was initially welcomed with "got the keys"... no good morning or similar.
I made a coffee and stood outside on my phone. I was told to wait in the waiting room, but replied with the fact that I would rather wait in the fresh air. I stood minding my own business on my phone.
I was approached by one of the technicians, who stated "I'm not doing this car while you're watching me". Shocked with the attitude, I ask him to repeat what he said. Throwing his arms in the air, he stated again, "I'm not doing it while you watch me".
I had no intention of watching him, I was minding my own business.
Needless to say I have gone elsewhere, and will certainly not return there again.
Absolutely appalled !

Friendly, helpful and efficient.
Friendly, helpful and efficient approach to sort out my damaged tyre. Assessed the problem quickly and quoted for an in stock tyre which was suitable as I wanted to avoid the risk of driving further with a damaged one. Fitted and also reported on brakes and other tyre wear levels. Took care to hand my locking wheel nut tool to me so I knew I had it.
