Friendly, professional and quick
I managed to book in the same day after needing a new tyre after a pothole incident. Service was friendly and professional. They quoted an hour but were finished in about half the time. Prices were reasonable and competitive with others. Would use again.

my vehicle had a oil leak week later after service
my vehicle had a service week later , massive oil leak , I went back for them to resolve they mentioned they deal with it. cost me an extra £1000

Protyre in Horsforth is first choice for outstanding vehicle maintenance and service
Having been a driver for over fifty years I have used many vehicle maintenance companies, and without doubt the Protyre company are way out in front in terms of Customer service, technical ability, speed and going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
I would whole heartedly recommend the Protyre company as my one stop shop for all my vehicle needs.

Left to drive away with no brakes
I took my car in to have my brakes changed and was left driving without brakes, as the mechanic didn’t bleed the lines and didn’t notice when pulling the car out of the garage. Very surprised to not even be offered a refund on the labour that hadn’t been done correctly.
