Booked easy on line, I needed tyres same day. Friendly staff,I had double booked with someone for my tyre line up, but quickly sorted another day to suit. Waiting room has 3 chairs and a lovely coffee machine.

I used Protyre many times such a great bunch of lads very carful with your car and get the job done for that reason I won't use any other garage.

Repaired my tyre without delay and helped me to complete my insurance claim form. Extremely satisfied

2 Tyres ordered from the pro tyre website saved me over £100 compared with ordering at the branch - a recommended way forward. The fitting appointment went very well.

Garbage!!! Fitted the wrong size tires to the car and then blamed me for ordering on black circles.com, charged me to remove them and then had to buy other tires from them, then said they would not refund me. After a lengthy argument. They finally did accept the return

Fault returned 3 days later after I paid over £300. I will be returning to the garage for them to resolve

Naaz was knowledgeable and efficient and realised almost at once that I needed a new tyre, and which make, as a replacement for my nail-holed and unrepairable existing one.

When I arrived for the change the following morning, all was done almost immediately and I sat comfortably in the warm waiting-room for only half an hour.

I was impressed with the care no attention.

We have used the Syston branch for some time. It is so easy to book and choose tyres online and the service at the branch is always outstanding.

We also booked my sons car in the Leicester branch for the MOT as these can't be done at Syston, and again the staff were helpful and extremely friendly.

Had a seized nut on wheel alignment, they were short staffed but were very very helpful and went above and beyond to get it fixed. Saved me alot of money! Would definitely recommend!

There was a slight issue with the tyre nit sealing properly but I went back tge next day and the guys sorted it out
