Dropped a wheel off late Saturday enquiring a new tyre. Said it would be ready Monday and tried to ring them several times late afternoon to check if ready unable to get through. Called in at 5.15 pm on way home from work and wheel still in office untouched. They did it whilst I waited but not ideal.

Great staff. Very chatty and helpful and tyres fitted quickly. Unlike other well known tyre companies didn't have to go back to get them rebalanced as they were spot on.

Brilliant experience from start to finish much more improved than last time. Better care, time and service given this time around. My car passed with flying colours. My priority is and always will be safety as my son drives in my car and his safety is my number one priority at all times. My Audi is an incredible car! I'm very happy that I was given peace of mind knowing the mechanic had very good knowledge in their field of expertise whoever the mechanic was that took care of my car. Very professional. This hasn't always been the case in the past. I will bring my car to you again for it's next MOT and service thank you very much for taking the time to service and MOT my car.

1st class work by a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful team. Best to place your order for tyres online, book an appointment, and then arrive at the depot. This seems to work well. It's difficult to make contact via telephone, as with most franchises, the person answering the phone is often on the tools!, Booking online made all the difference.

My son attended Protyre for the fitting and was told that the tyres ordered through Asda had not arrived. As a result, he was sold more expensive tyres directly by Protyre. It was later confirmed by Asda that Protyre did in fact have the correct tyres in stock at the time, and these should have been used for his booking.
Protyre have since accepted this was a mistake (after I called them they didn’t call me)and refunded my son the difference in cost. However, I remain concerned about how this situation arose in the first place, as he should never have been sold alternative tyres when the correct ones were available.
Why didn’t they check their stock for the tyres ordered originally?
