Great customer service
The customer service provided by Ayrton and the Bathwick/Protyre team in Weymouth is first class. They are always helpful and explain why repairs are required, repair options, and repair costs. They are also quick and efficient, especially if you need new tyres! If you need advice with tyre selection or minor auto repairs, just pop in and ask.
I didn't think my car's rims were problematic, but Ayrton immediately noticed that my rims were "assymetrical" and required a specialised balancing tool which only dealerships have. With this information, I was able to purchase the tool online, and then return to the shop later in the week to get my tyres fitted and balanced.
Ayrton is a master of the front desk! I visited the shop a few times to drop off and collect my car, and each time Ayrton was there keeping the queue of repairs organised for the tyre fitters and mechanics. Ayrton has to juggle the phone lines, new customers walking through the door, and provide information to customers waiting for repairs and tyres. Ayrton always remained calm and never made anyone feel rushed. I even saw Ayrton organise transport for a customer who needed to leave his car for an unexpected repair that was discovered during an MOT.
I will definitely return to Protyre :-)

I called into my local branch with a punctured rear tyre.
The receptionist was on the phone to a customer displaying an excellent telephone manner talking the customer through the work being carried out and reassuring them it would be completed on time.
I took my problem to the receptionist where I was treated in the most professional way. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff with great product knowledge and excellent service.
I can most certainly recommend this company and thank Ayrton Seogalutze for taking the time to ensure a quality visit to your company.

Brake service done promptly
Was glad to get an online booking slot honored on short notice. My brakes were checked, feedback given on what was needed and it was done while I waited. Cost of the job was fair, being Saturday afternoon when most garages had close.
