Dropped off the car got sorted right away counter staff excellent used pro tyres in the past will keep using them

I can't fault the service I have had, the only reason I have given 4 stars is the pricing can be a little high compared to other garages but the staff and work carried out as been great 👍

We got there early and sat and waited for the MOT, which roughly takes an hour to do. Which is fine.

Had MOT booked on a Saturday morning and they ran to time and informed me of anything that maybe needed in the future. Will be back next year.

I contacted Protyre at Lillyhall by telephone on the 18 April. I was told they had the tires I wanted and they told me they were busy this morning but I could go at 12:30. When I arrived they informed me they were to busy come back Monday. I asked if I could book a time the man behind the desk said we don't take booking you have to wait your turn. I went back on Monday morning and they said it was a 2 and half hour wait because they were busy and people have already booked. I've used Gates tyres for over 20 years before Protyre took them over but because of several disappointing experiences involving family and friends I won't be going back. Very disapointing.

I've been using Protyre for very many years. Always quick to answer phone and discuss queries, efficient and polite. Booking is easy and I've always been satisfied with the quality of repairs, services and tyres.

They took good care of my SLK, did what they said they would do, on time, on budget and with a smile.

After paying over a thirteen hundred pounds for a service and repair ( main dealership prices - but this isn’t a main dealer ! I picked my car up and it was absolutely filthy , seagull poop , mud splatters all over .
On top of the massive costs of the service and repair I then had to pay to get my car cleaned on the way home it was so bad .
I feel there is no longer any respect for the paying punter - which there was once here.
Bad enough the hefty bill but the state of the car when I picked it up was disgraceful

Excellent receptionist and good work completed on the car.

Quick and helpful and gave good advice and honest the staff were nice and the price was right

booked for 4pm not started until 5.

Ignored by staff who spent the time chatting. CBA ?
