When our vehicle arrived at our door the delivery driver Colin from the local delivery depot could not have been more helpful, he explained everything very clearly and was willing to go over it twice if needed.

Flawless service all around!
Neville delivered a much needed replacement wav today whilst our own is in the garage for repairs. The service from Proximo has been exemplary from start to finish. Fast, efficient and the staff accommodating, understanding and polite. There are lots of baseline stresses and strains in looking after a disabled teen, and Proximo helped alleviate an added pressure and got us mobile again with zero fuss. Neville himself was a breath of fresh air, explained everything clearly and with a cheerful demeanour. Thank you Proximo, and thank you Neville. Will be recommending!

Courtesy WAV
As a WAV driver, over the years I've needed courtesy WAV from Proximo. By coincidence I have had Colin drop off the courtesy vehicle. He is polite, friendly, understanding and we've had plenty of laughs especially when it came to adjusting the boot hoist. Previously, I have had a driver that thought they knew best. Colin is open minded and never rushes me. If I had a choice of who to drop off the courtesy vehicle I would say COLIN. I would like to praise the customer services too in particular Barry and Georgina. They are always honest with me even when it's bad news. They understand that I would rather know the truth and make other plans where necessary than be fed sugar coated news. Lastly, I wish Proximo had more WAVs with automatic ramp. Not all wheelchair users have someone to accompany them. That's why my own vehicle has a hoist ramp to maintain my independence.
