The on line experience of completing the application to quote was very easy. The price very competitive given my previous medical history and the process in general was easy. Travelled to Dubai in February when…
Travelled to Dubai in February when unfortunately we were unable to return home. My daughter had travel insurance with Puffin. Website to submit a claim didn’t provide suitable categories, so Puffin advised to send an email detailing the claim. Since then further emails have been sent and not one has been responded to. Easy to take out but if you need to claim for a specific issue there is no support/contact. Would not use again.
