Travel insurance

It was quick and easy, my only issue was that, I was with puffin last year and received my renewal, but it was cheaper to do through Quidco

Straightforward

Straightforward, easy descriptions showing the cover at the various levels and options available to add. Now that my children are over 18 the option to insure the 4 of us as a group is perfect.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Very easy to get the quote from the website and then purchase. I also afterwards emailed them a question which was answered within a couple of hours. Very pleased with them.

Quick break cover.

This was cover for an extra, spur of the moment, break. I went with Puffin, as I am an existing customer, and thought that my details would by held within my account. Unfortunately I had to start from scratch, which was annoying. However, the quote was acceptable, and I set up the cover.

Insurance At Its Best

It was quick and easy to go through plus its price and cover is outstanding compared to other travel insurance companies I looked at, so overall I'm very pleased and look forward to using it a lot more on future trips. All thanks to my neighbour who uses this insurance company everywhere they go.
