The products are fine, but the DPD packaging was NOT discreet. Clearly said Pulse and Cocktails on the shipping label.

Their website clearly states:
"All orders are sent out in plain packaging and there is absolutely no way of telling... who the sender is, ensuring that your purchase is kept 100% private."

I chose this company because of their supposed discretion.

Ipswich store, chap was profrssional and helpful. Store was bright and clean.

HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. Been about 3 months now , I stated to them I didn't they argued back and said delivery shows delivered so now I'm going through small claims as there ignoring all my emails now and I've emailed them proof

Cheap,tatty goods, no chance of a refund, even though 30 day refund is offered on website, steer clear.

We have been using Pulse and Cocktail’s for over 20 years now and the friendly staff always look after us whether we want to exchange DVDS, purchase toys or something sexy for the weekend!. We were at the Rotherham store today, thanks for your help Zoe. See you guys soon.

Found out that it's false reviews on the main website, not happy £140 waisted on a product

I recently visited the Barnsley shop in Stairfoot barnsley. Amazing experience. The lady in the shop, sorry did not get your name but she was lovely, asked if there was anything she could help with, explained ok, and left me too it. I asked a question and he service was amazing, asked me straight away what kind of budget i had, which was nice not just jumping in with expensive products. The lady advised the wand and went through it and had amazing knowledge which is what you want when you are buying a product and i had the offer to buy a toy for half price. Excellent customer service ...thank you

What made my visit great was the server.
Her name was vicky.
She made me feel so comfortable and not nervous.
She was very helpful.

The lady that worked in there was very friendly and chatty to me and my friend, she told us how we could get discounts and showed us different things.

After ordering online for collection at the Barnsley store & collected today I have to say what a fantastic experience. Ordering was super easy & being greeted by the lovely Jo in store who was lovely to speak to & advised me on some items I then purchased in store. Friendly & welcoming & I will definitely make this store my to visit in future. Thanks Jo for a great experience today.

My oh my when you walk in its playground in the candy shop for people looking to spice up their lives or for the lonesome lover looking to do it to themselves or a toy . They have everything here . The staff are warm and welcoming, they do not make you feel awkward about anything . Their upselling skills are second to none they know how to make a customer get his or hers moneys worth. I give the leeds branch in armley a 5 star rating all the way

Very friendly helpful with the size of the garment

Had a great experience- couldn't find the product online that Id previously purchased in-store. Called up and they did have it in stock, they added it to the website so I could purchase online and next day delivery can't fault them

Bought the extra strong enhancer tablets as I have been struggling in the bed. Not being able to have sex with someone new I am seeing . It's been 3 months and still not had sex. We both want it so badly so I got the tablets to try and help.
They didn't ! And now I have lost her !

What a waste of money too!

Found this company to have a wide selection of products. Suitable for all ages. The product descriptions were average but the choice was great. Soon arrived in post. Will call into one of the shops for a change. Found the prices to be average in the market for same goods. Heartily Will give a high recommendation to them.

Very good service - arrived quick

Customer service here is terrible bought a penis pump from here. The quality was so poor it wouldn't seal. Took it back and the lady behind the counter showed me how she could seal it to the glass counter and her forearm. I explained that neither of these were my intention. As it was a penis pump she said there's nothing she could do. Went I the bin outside.
Rang Lovehoney customer services who replaced the pump at their expense. Since then I've spent a large sum of money with Lovehoney.
Bottom line don't shop here go to Lovehoney
