Beautiful designs and shape, but fabric was such poor quality, like swimming costume material. You can tell a fabric is cheap, because when you stretch it, the colour disappears.

I got them in the their sale and would have been mortified if I'd paid full price.

I didn't intend on leaving a bad review, but I attempted to send them back, paying an extra £6 on top for tracking. My tracking from Royal Mail states that the address was 'inaccessible' about two weeks ago. I raised this with the company over a week ago and no response.

I used to love this company, they made top quality dresses made in an ethical way in the UK and their customer service was top notch. Clearly they've been having issues for some time since they made staff redundant last year as there have been numerous complaints about preorders being delayed, no communication about shipping, and a reduction in the quality of fabric.

I ordered the Fruit Cocktail dress (the 7th Lady V dress I own) and when I received it I was so disappointed - it has very obvious loose white stitching which makes the dress look as though it's meant to be made up of bold distinct outlined panels, and the stitching is uneven and bunched up in many places. None of my previous dresses have looked like this, even in black or navy, the joins have always looked seamless and classy. This just looks tacky and lazy.

The quality of the dress has reduced too, I've had thicker fabric from Shein dresses! They've changed the composition from 95% polyester/5% elastane to 97%/3%, and the fabric is thinner and scratchy.

I have tried to email customer service twice to request a refund as the dress is defective but no response yet. I'm really disappointed, I loved this brand but their customer service has gone down the toilet, I'm aware that costs have risen across the world but most people who support this brand would be willing to pay more if it meant we could still get the same top quality comfortable clothing that we used to.

I order few dresses and usually I don't have any problems but this time...My dress was lost by delivering company and Customer Service stop responding to my messages. And I try chat, email, WhatsApp. When I send them messege from delivery company they start completely ignoring me.

I have ordered many dresses from this website, and find they fit well, and can go from beautiful to very fun. There are some good deals to be had in the sales, too.
My most recent purchase fits well, and was delivered quickly. I have had a number of compliments on this dress. I am a very happy customer.

I used to buy soooooooooo many dresses. I have just ordered a new Betty dress and once again the quality has gone down so much need to send it back.
That's the 2nd dress I have sent back because of the material not sure I will be buying again

Jeg har ellers været glad for at købe kjoler fra Lady V London, men så modtog jeg en kjole, hvor der både var mærke i nakken og i udskæringen ved barmen, og det var to store mærker.
Der var ikke flere tilbage i min størrelse, og det endte med at koste mig penge. Det er jo ikke min skyld, der er en fejl på en kjole, de sender mig.

Så har jeg bestilt to kjoler 25. Juli.

Efter cirka 1,5 time fik jeg en mail om de var sendt, men når jeg går ind og skal tjekke forsendelse, står der “Processing order”.

Synes det er svært at få hjælp. Lady V havde ignoreret flere af mine beskeder, men skyndt sig at sende en mail om, jeg skulle bedømme hvad jeg syntes om ordren. Tja, det er jo svært at vide! Jeg går og savner mine to smukke kjoler, jeg havde glædet mig til!

Global-e, som jeg blev bedt henvende mig til, svarer heller ikke - og jeg skrev mandag formiddag!

Synes godt man kan forvente en form for opdatering eller forsøg på at hjælpe mig, efter snart to uger.

Det skal lige siges jeg har købt mange dejlige kjoler derfra, men synes virkelig de her to sager skuffer mig - ØV! :( 😢

I love the timeless designs and good quality fabric. Especially in a time when synthetic fabric is rampant. The dresses are affordable too. I hope they include ombre colours in their next collection.

I have bought many dresses from Lady V. Their customer service is wounderful. Their dresses are beautiful, and the quality is amazing. As long as they keep making them I'm sure to keep buying!!!

Bought dresses a couple of times for my partner from Lady V and have never been disappointed. The sizes are always spot on, there is a wide range of different styles and I love how many different patterns they have! The prices are cheaper than other similar places I've seen too. The only time I've had a problem, it was sorted swiftly and easily by Abby in customer services. Keep up the good work and amazing designs and I'll be sure to buy from here for years to come!

Have a few Lady V dresses and always get complimented. Recently got the maxi lana for a special occasion and was so comfortable and felt so pretty all day.
Would love to see the Lana in more single non-pattern colours too.

I think at least 75% of my wardrobe must be by Lady V. Always great designs, size inclusive and friendly customer service. Have been a happy customer for over 10 years.

I've been ordering from Lady V for at least 8 years. I now live in Switzerland and although neither country is in the EU delivery and quality are still excellent!

Love love love Lady V London especially the Lyra and now the new lyra maxi. Wonderfull fabrics, very comfy. Service is great too.

Fabulous quality dresses. I have several now, beautifully made - with pockets!! Great customer service too when needed.

Smooth experience each time I've ordered and the dresses are AMAZING! I now have a collection of approximately 25 (I should probably count them to be honest) and I adore them. Find a style you like and buy, BUY and BUY some more!

Love this brand, especially the Hepburn dresses! Perfect fit, maybe a bit too short for me, but ok, lovely prints and cotton fabric, comes with belt and pockets, I've been a customer for years and will always be a satisfied customer :) Great community/customer support, fast delivery!

Perfekter Kleider, toller Kundenservice

The dresses are simply stunning.
I have, probably, coming up to 30 in my wardrobe.
Sizing is spot on (for me), fabric is very forgiving, and super designs.
On the rare (very) occasion I have needed to return anything the process is quick and easy, with either a refund or exchange in a couple of days.
I cannnot recommend this company enough.
My particular favourites are the Lyra, Esme and Hepburn.
