Putnams refilled my feather filled Loaf sofa cushions with foam. I’ve got lower back trouble and it was causing me problems, and also uncomfortable for everyone else. I’ve dropped a star because they promised to ring me back when I first tried to arrange - she did explain they were very busy that day but they had promised to call me back. I called them a bit later on though, knowing they are a small family business, and they were great. Made it easy. They know exactly what they are doing, friendly and helpful, and offered good advice. My sofa now is transformed and so much better to sit on. But the very best bit is that we’ll never have to plump those saggy cushions again!

Almost a year ago I started waking up with a headache, stiff neck & painful shoulders. This on daily basis, could not manage more than 5 hrs of good quality sleep. Only a pot of coffee would save me in the morning.
One of those mornings I asked Google " medical pillows for neck pain "
It has taken a while to decide & a month ago Putnam pillow & Buterfly pillow arrived.
My sleeping troubles are over, uninterrupted 6-7 hrs of sleep, often I do wake up still in the same position I fell asleep the previous night - and that's a miracle- no tossing & turning.
Wonderful company, smooth process from start to finish, high quality products, hand made, little label sewn in by Tracy " Find comfort " and I do .

I can't recommend Putnams highly enough. Arrangements made via email very straightforward, with prices clearly provided. Pickup and delivery very efficient and turnaround time for my cushions was within a week. All in all, excellent service. Thank you Putnams.

Absolutely amazing. Really happy with service. Lady on phone really helpful. All cushions returned within 2 weeks at lower than quoted price. Overall cost for 6 pads cheaper than one from the original manufacturer. Would very highly recommend them. Chairs have lovely new lease of life. Very happy, thanks

Excellent customer service. I ordered a slightly odd shape foam cushion and received a phone call the next day advising me to send a template which I did. When my order arrived there was a slight error, which was rectified immediately and with apologies. My new cushion arrived today and I am delighted with it. I would use this company again without hesitation.

Fantastic service from the team. Phoned at 10am and by 2pm they had quoted and cut our foam to size and we had popped in to collect it. Exactly what we needed - the lady who dealt with the order even took the time to check that what we'd requested was the best solution to our requirements even though this was only a small supply only order. We'll definitely be back when we have more foam and cushion requirements next winter.

I’ve had a few products from Putnams, most recently I ordered some custom cut foam for a garden seat. I spoke with Putnams about what I needed and they advised on the best type of foam for the order. They cut it perfectly to size, delivery was prompt and the foam is perfect for the space I had.

I have purchased a couple of products from Putnams (pillow and mattress topper) and have been blown away by their quality. The mattress topper is the most comfortable I have ever used and the delivery arrived quickly and well packaged. I was kept informed throughout the ordering/delivery process so can’t recommend Putnams enough!

I bought a Putnams wool knee pad because Putnams have a good reputation and offer it as a wool option. The pad itself is great. I particulary like the wool option which is soft, comfortable and can be adjusted to give less/more support. I also opted for this pillow because it has an adjustable velcro strap to keep it in place. The BUT is that the strap is too long and therefore swivels out of place. The remedy would be to make the velcro on the pad itself longer so there is more adjustability. I contacted Putnams who were pleasant but said their team was too busy to make a 'bespoke' pad covering for me. My point is that I cannot be the only person with thinner than average legs! And the remedy for ALL pad covers is easily remediable. I have asked that the managment team discuss the issue and get back to me. I have managed a bodge sewing job myself to shorten the strap. But should not have to do this. Otherwise a great product.

I’ve never used this company before but I always use firms in Devon where possible as o find them more trustworthy.in this instance I ordered a heavy duty cushion for my wheelchair I no tried it for 2 days but due to my condition it felt uncomfortable so I called them and was put through to a lovely lady called bubbles whom I discussed my problems with and she resolved the problem with no drama , i appreciate that so much being elderly things can be difficult but everything was so easy they will be my first stop for all my requirements

They have a terrible customer service.
If you want to try a new pillow get from another brand, many other brands allow customers to experience the pillow and if we dislike we can return free of charge.

Putnams does let you try the pillow but you must not remove the plastic, which makes sleeping with it impossible.
In addition, if you want to return the item you have to pay for it.

Be smart and get from another brand, don’t do like me and try a new pillow with this brand it’s 0% worthy.

Ah and if you need a pillow asap, also don’t get it from take it takes forever to arrive.

I have many problems due to a crash years ago and have just had more surgery on my arm. Therefore it is virtually impossible for me to find any Comfort or even sleep.
I am so grateful to have finally found a company like putnams who make quality products. I purchased their wool bed wedge, IT IS AMAZING! It is so soft and I have managed to sleep for a few hours for the first time in years.
I spoke to putnams before the purchase to ask their advice, they are knowledgeable and helpful, and If you have a problem they offer solutions to help you.
I also purchased their lumbar support which I needed help with as it was difficult to use with my fractured spine, and once again I spoke to Putnams, and once again they offered help to solve my problem.
It is unusual to find such exceptional service these days.
Do not hesitate to use this company if you need both comfort and helpful advice.
Their customer service is outstanding and their products are of the highest quality

My pillow arrived late on postage ! when I opened the package the smell was pungent and sickly!, even airing and washing the cover the smell has stayed , it made my hair and bedding smell , I emailed them stating this but apparently some people smell it worse so that was all the nurses and friends and family ! The concept was good but definitely not worth the money or stink !! After this I was given a full refund and some wool stuffing to try so all ended satisfactory

We purchased a foam bed wedge in early December, but unfortunately the item was not suitable for us and the matter was immediately resolved. Excellent service!

I have two pillows from putnams, their butterfly type one and their armchair head neck one. they are both very well made and very good. originally I thought that the armchair head neck pillow would be good if a thinner version could be created as its a bit to thick for me when on the sofa. HOWEVER it was a revelation when Putnams explained that I could open the cushion and unroll and cut the padding to size!! BRILLIANT! thank you Putnams! i got it as I have cervical nerve root problems and found it worked. I'm giving it 5 stars for the quality, and speed of arrival

Bed wedge brilliant , instant improvement in acid reflux symptoms, and really comfortable to lie on .

Putnams make a lovely cushion. Bought to help my mother with a sore neck. She loves it.

Really comfortable pillow which helps to reduce my neck pain. I first went with the queen but swapped to the king as I wanted it to be larger and slightly higher to support my neck which is quite long. Great quality pillow, fantastic customer service and I'm very happy to buy from a British company

I ordered a specialist item (bariatric seating cushion) which is superb and of excellent quality. It more than met my expectations and is superbly made. I have worked as a nurse for 20 years so know what good pressure cushions are... and are not...
