Putnams Opiniones 

Ordered 19th December. Nothing on the website to say they close for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year. I got an e mail saying they reopen on 2nd January and orders would be sent out after that. Now 7th January and it’s still not here.

Although the items I ordered were not right for me, I cannot fault Putnams customer service and response.

Purchased Breast Support Sleep Pillow, great product, good quality and delivered in good time frame.

I bought one of their pillows as recommended by a friend. I tried it out for a few nights. It pushed heavily on my cerebellum and gave me headaches during the day and dizziness when I got up in the night. I tried to return it BUT if it's not in it's original plastic sleeve, you can't get a refund... so how many people do you know who try out a pillow in it's plastic packaging??? So effectively they have NO REFUND POLICY... which is shocking since their foam pillows are SOOOOO expensive. Don't bother buying one I'd say!

I foolishly ordered and paid without considering all the options and Putnams were so relaxed about cancelling and refunding my order even though they had packed it for postage. Will definitely reorder when ready.

I was at my wits end to find a suitable pressure relieving cushion for my husband as he had developed a pressure sore and was very uncomfortable.
I managed to find Putnams on line and wanted to get verbal advice on the most suitable cushion. Customer Service was very helpful and patient while I took measurements of our chairs .
I purchased the Sero Pressure Dr Huff cushion cut-out standard and the courier company waited whist my order was packed up and transported immediately. It arrived at 08.30 the next day and the cushion has been a life-saver.
I would like to say thank you to the lady who helped me.

Remarkable company. Headley was very helpful and advised me on possible mattress toppers and pillows for neck/shoulder pain. The Ripple Mattress topper has been brilliant and much cheaper than other options. Sadly, I couldn't get on with the neck pillow. Headley offered a full refund on the extra case, even though long past the return limit - allowing me to keep the case - in case! Recommend them!!!

Awful service. I bought a wedge from Putnams previously, which was great. I then purchased a full length version, but it did not help with any of my symptoms, so I attempted to get a refund, at which point I was told that it was too late and they couldn't do anything for me. I've honestly never been treated so awfully, especially from a company that sells products within the health industry.

I REALLY wish I could have kept this mattress tilter but sadly I couldn’t. I can’t fault the service though, fast delivery and very well packed. Good, sturdy tilter, BUT, oh my goodness the chemical smell was unbearable. Not sure what has been sprayed on it or what it was made from but my word the chemical smell took over the house. In the end we had to shut it in an unused room with the windows open all the time for a few days but it still had the strong chemical smell. There was no way I could sleep with that and I have lung problems too. My husband doesn’t have a very good sense of smell and he spent a short amount of time in the room and he came out with his eyes stinging! I don’t know if mine was a dodgy tilter or not but I don’t know how anyone could use it like that. Shame as it could have helped me. I sent the tilter back recorded delivery via FedEx (which was a total faff!) and I was given a refund minus the delivery cost.

I bought a U shaped pregnancy pillow from Putnams as theirs is a little smaller (shorter) than the typical one which makes it more compact. The pillow feels nice and firm, providing good support for my legs and back. The customer service is responsive and the team was able to make me a cotton cover as I wanted that for use till summer.

I have previously used Putnams for products for back pain. This time I needed products for leg / foot pain and once again the person who answered my call was very helpful.

In the end, none of the products were quite right for me, but the returns process was very easy.

I purchased a double bed wedge over two years ago and the product has been a real life saver.

I have been able to stop medications due to the efficiency of the wedge, and use beds that have storage space underneath (can't really tilt beds with these in-built). The product has kept its form and I am able to upgrade the product to a Super King with the help of the supportive Putnam team.

I highly recommend!

The products are great quality at a fair price. I bought the Ripple seat liner it has a good padded seat, pads that tie to the arms, lumber support and padded back. I bought the extra waterproof cover so idea for summer use and wet weather. Very Happy would definitely buy from them again..

I purchased a bed wedge for my mother who suffers with night time reflux, the lady over the phone was very helpful when I didn't know what material to choose. Pleased to report the wedge is reducing her night time reflux. Speedy delivery and quality product. Recommend.

Wonderful service from beginning to end. Everything has gone so smoothly and the replacement cushions have made my fifteen year old sofas look like new. They are more comfortable than the originals ever were and won't need any plumping up to keep them in shape, which is an absolute boon for me. Putnams' customer service team have been terrific. The process was so straightforward with them arranging collection of covers and return within one week. I cannot recommend Putnams highly enough.

We recently purchased a pair of Putnams pillows to replace the last ones we had (had for 20 years). We were unsure which size/type we last ordered. The lady over the phone was very helpful and we are very pleased with the new pillows. We cannot sleep without them.
