Empty words, waffle and pure lies about me only making contact 6 weeks later. Man up admit your fault of having clickbait advertising and you conned me with your euro using website to fool me into thinking I was getting a power stack battery. The level of disregard and contempt by this business is appalling horrible company and I’m so annoyed I gave them my hard earned money because they’ve basically said you snooze you lose and laughed in my face .

To clarify once again, all of our promotional materials, both on our website and social media channels clearly stated that the April Tools Day promotion was based on a £500 sterling spend, not euros. This was made explicit in all the relevant details, and we’ve had this structure in place for several years, with no prior confusion.
Regarding your interaction with Gavin, at no point did Gavin display any arrogance or disrespect. He strives to handle all customer interactions with the utmost professionalism, and we can assure you that any suggestion of him "laughing in your face" is simply not true. We take our customer service very seriously, and Gavin works hard to maintain a positive and helpful approach at all times.
While we completely understand your frustration with the situation, the promotion was very clear and unfortunately as previously mentioned, we can’t apply the offer retroactively.
We do regret that you feel dissatisfied, but we hope that this clarifies the situation from our end. We always strive to improve our service.

Great company to deal with. Purchased a cast iron fire grate from them, again, and posted it to the west coast of Scotland without any attempt of ripping us off. It arrived within a couple of days and fitted perfectly.

We ordered a hose spray mixer applicator from yourselves as Richard Jackson no longer does the one we currently use.

Please do not make the same mistake as myself and avoid using this company. They have refused a refund worth over £500 for a product I returned un opened as they claimed it was damaged upon return. Take my advice and go with a more reputable company.

Dealing with friendly people always helps.
I could not find the brand of product I was looking for anywhere online apart from at Ray Graham.
The staff I spoke to and emailed, were really friendly and also very helpful which would encourage me to definitely shop with them again - lovely people and a pleasure to do business with them.
