Absolutely great customer service over the phone and internet,I made phone enquiry regarding delivery to mainland England and a lady was very helpful and confirmed that free delivery was available, I then made the purchase on line at a very competitive price, ordered the coal bunker Thursday afternoon and it was delivered Saturday morning by DPD duly wrapped and in perfect condition, great service from both seller and courier.

THE poorest customer experience, and shocking attitude from the owner... so much for being a family business. Given the wrong product by warehouse staff (it was put in my boot by them, whilst I paid ...I didn't think to check!) & not given a refund despite having receipt. If in doubt blame the customer. Bunch of crooks. Sooner use Screwfix, B&Q etc and get better value.

I ordered a fire grate from Ray Grahams on a Saturday evening after calling to check delivery times. The grate was processed and dispatched the next day and I received on the Wednesday. Fantastic service and very quick delivery compared to other companies who had delivery times of 10 days to 2 weeks. Would definitely buy from them again.

This is the third time I've ordered from Ray Grahams. I needed items for my wood burning stove and as always a quick and easy ordering process, delivery was fast and I was informed of the carrier and given a tracking number.

I ordered a few things on the Sunday before Christmas, was expecting to have it maybe early January, but I received it on the Tuesday Christmas eve, fantastic service and great prices too, I will definitely be buying more equipment from Ray Grahams and would recommend them too.
