Very efficient delivery service from arrival. Removed old chair easily with no fuss. Assembled our new chair in no time and gave a full test run to show all the features and ensure there were no issues. The men were very friendly and courteous.

Craig was very professional. Took care with bringing in the demo chair ensuring rug was under the wheels. He went through all the specifications and dimensions. Really pleased we waited for the visit and the demo. Mum has snapped up the chair as its all made to measure. 10 stars.

My Riser recliner chair was delivered on time as per the phone call received earlier to give me an approximate time. It was delivered by Lawrence and Steve who were very pleasant , efficient and knowledgeable answering all of my questions. Everything was explained and demonstrated and I am very pleased with both the product and the service.

I’m extremely disappointed with both…
I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of this product and the aftercare.
We purchased a bespoke recliner chair just under two years ago. The recommended retail price was £6,676, and even after a discount we still paid £3,338, so we expected a high-quality, durable product.
Unfortunately, the upholstery has already started to crack and deteriorate badly with normal use. This is not what you would expect from a chair at this price point, especially one designed for comfort and regular daily use.
When we raised the issue, we were told the chair is made from “leatherette” (which was not made clear at the time of purchase), and that the damage was caused by contact with my husband’s hands and bodily fluids. I find this explanation completely unacceptable. A recliner chair is meant to be used, and normal contact with skin should not cause the material to break down in under two years.
What’s most disappointing is the lack of responsibility taken. Rather than acknowledging a clear issue with durability, the blame has been placed on normal use.
For a company selling products at this level, I would expect far better quality materials and far better customer service.
I would strongly advise others to clarify exactly what materials are being used before purchasing, and to be cautious about expectations of longevity.
Edit !!! What oils and creams ? Although now I have been told it is wear and tear, even though you have a three year guarantee.

We have many different fabric types that can be selected at various price ranges, we are clear which fabrics are selected to ensure they are looked after and last as long as possible.
We do understand that there were external factors such as oil and/or creams that could have contributed to the deterioration, we understand this can be disappointing.

The purchase from the beginning to delivery of the chair was excellent. The installation team, Matt and Ionut were very polite and informative and gave a very good demonstration of the chair features and to operate it. Explained everything I needed to know. Demonstrated a recliner chair that I sat in & used controls, showed me additional products that could be added to the chair if I wished. Showed me several books of swatches & I chose the material & colour I liked. Measured so the chair I chose fitted me properly & comfortable.

The actual purchase, well we only wanted a price at first, but when we got that we said no way could we afford, but as the price came down so did the quality, not comfortable at all, we still haven't got the omitted headboard although apparently on order, not impressed.
