Very nice Blokes delivered and…
Very nice Blokes delivered and assembled dual motor double bed.They explained how to use it and removed all packaging.
Unfortunately when they had left we discovered that the remote cable to
the vibration side of the bed was difficult to use as it was too short.I have rung recliner factory and this is now in
hand.

Both Laurence and Steve were very helpful and pleasant, and went that extra mile to make sure we were happy. The trouble is, my husband thinks he wants one now!!!!
The colour is a good match, the seat size perfect.
Having been used to a dual motor before, I was surprised to find the need to use 2 separate control buttons for the footrest and back recliner. It is not always easy to get the balance right!

Can’t find any faults
Everything about buying my riser chair was great. The initial visit and demonstration of the chair was clear and informative without any pressure. It was easy to match the chair to the existing furniture both in style and fabric. The build was quick and matched the promised time. The delivery by Lawrence and Steve was very good. They moved chairs for us and positioned the recliner where we wanted it. They were very pleasant and made the demonstration of the chair clear and easy to understand. They are a real asset to the business. We can’t find any fault at all with the Recliner Factory or their staff.

Martin and Matt B recliner chair installation.
Martin and Matt B turned up on time. Built the chair and demonstrated the different functions. Unfortunately, the control box was faulty, so they replaced it immediately. The chair worked and is working beautifully. They explained, clearly, the different functions of the control system and were very efficient in everything they did.

The two gentlemen, Martin and Louny who delivered and installed my new bed today were absolutely brilliant. They were very polite, courteous and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They explained everything thoroughly and even sold us a mattress protector which they said would be beneficial for us. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are an asset to your company.

Gary gave a great chair demonstration but follow up is poor
Gary gave a great chair demonstration. Explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend.
However I gave the review above when the chair was demonstrated and ordered, but on delivery on May 11 it was found to be faulty and now I'm having to wait for a loan chair when they take it back for rectification.
Why would they deliver it faulty surely any competent firm would test first.
As a result I'd only warrant it a 2*.

From demonstration to delivery yesterday, everything was straightforward, on time and stress free.
Andy and Billy arrived at the stated time. We’re friendly, courteous and efficient. Old bed, dismantled and put on van. Room dysoned and new bed assembled and demonstrated. A big thank you to Andy, Billy and all staff at Recliner factory.

Throughout the whole process of buying my bespoke riser/recliner chair all the Company's Staff were helpful, efficient and friendly. In particular, Dean & Neil who delivered the chair were efficient, courteous, and talked me through how to operate its various functions clearly, taking time to answer any questions and ensure I felt happy and confident before they left.
