fantastic company and engineers are amazing.
my chair was 5 years old and i paid for engineers to attend my property. the engineers Chris and Stuart were fantastic. they put myself and wife at ease and fixed my chair which is essential for my health problems

They were quite simply a credit to your company. They called ahead to give me an approximate time of delivery. They arrived bang on time, and were very professional, whilst being very kind and helpful. They even vacuumed before installing my new chair. They were quick and efficient and took me through all the functions well. All in all a very positive experience and would recommend your company without hesitation.

No idea what hardwood they use
No idea what hardwood they use no prices in the brochures bit of a shock when they turned up for a demonstration for their bespoke recliners with 50% discount. In spectacular sale they start at £2,4000 no wonder the brochures don't carry any prices . I would expect golden balls hanging off it for that price disappointing
