AVOID AT ALL COSTS ***WARNING Customer service is non existent.
My review stands and I have found them to be very arrogant. Don’t order without examining the Terms and conditions and I recomend someone else is present at any appointment. Customer service is non existent. the salesman came and demonstrated the product. I had arranged for an alternative company to come so didn't want to make a decision immediately. It turns out that The Recliner Factory, are the same as Willowbrook which was the second appointment. I understand they have several trading names. I reluctantly placed an order placed an order and paid the deposit. Last Thursday, I received a call to say my chair was ready and would be delivered Monday. The lady said the balance needed paying in full before delivery. I explained the times deliver would be acceptable and the lady said she would pass it to the team. I then paid the balance. On Friday I received a call saying my deliver would be first which was completely contrary to the information I gave before paying the balance. The reason given was because I was the furthest point, they needed to do me first because they wanted to get home. I feel they took the balance under false pretences. No mention of this when I placed the order. I sent a message Friday evening which has gone unanswered. I phoned customer services yesterday and explained the problem and was told I would need to be transferred to a different department. The call went unanswered, my name was taken for a return call which hasn't happened. I searched for small print, and yes it is very small and bearing in mind I can't read it, absolutely worthless. I want the order cancelled and a full refund so I purchase a chair from a more reputable supplier. If I did have the chair and had a problem, there is absolutely no chance of any service.
It is pressure selling at its worst. It is too late for me, PLEASE BE WARNED

Great efficient punctual service
Neil & Dean were great. The delivery was prompt and well within the timeslot given. They worked hard to get the chair through an awkward doorway. They were patient when demonstrating how to adjust and use the controls. They removed the old furniture, again through a difficult doorway. A shame the weather was so wet!

My father wanted a recliner due to his Parkinson’s. The team that came out to visit were friendly, very knowledgeable and treated both my parents with respect. They were not at all pushy. They spent time answering their questions. When they delivered the chair they again spent time making sure they were happy. Would definitely recommend.

Mr Andy P came to set up the adjustable bed. He was very experienced and very professional. He explained how it all worked and took away our old bed, cardboard and plastic bags. Both Andy and Mike who delivered and set up the chairs were very pleasant and professional. They dismantled and removed the old chairs. They arrived on time and soon completed the task. All details of operating the chairs were explained to me and instruction manual left with me. I am extremely pleased with their professionalism and helpfulness.
