Extortionate £2000 plus for a rubbish riser recliner
Paid £2000 plus for a riser recliner. In my measurements they got my height and weight completely wrong. Had nothing but trouble with it. Was without for 6 months as they repaired it. Now out of warranty and it's broke again. Can't afford to mend it so it's going to the tip where it belongs

Where do I start. The lady I first spoke to was great. The salesman (sorry I’ve forgotten his name) was nothing short of excellent. The two fitters came when they said they would. Extremely knowledgable, very clean and tidy. And the added bonus of being very nice guys.
I’ve I could I’d give the experience a 10. Thank you. The hole experience was dead easy. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND IT’S STAFF.

This is the third time I’ve used this company over the years and I can’t recommend them enough . From ordering my product to delivery and installation they’ve been excellent . Lawrence and Alex who delivered my chair were courteous and very efficient, making sure my delivery was tailored around my needs .I’ve had a bespoke bed and a chair in the past and have just had a more modern specialist recliner . The quality of the products are second to none , sturdy and last years , always great value for money .

Professional Service Throughout
Reference Number SRB08919. Installers arrived on a Tuesday to install a Riser Recliner Bed in a upstairs bedroom. It was immediately apparent to them that, because of the nature of the staircase, it was not possible to get the bed up the stairs to the bedroom. The 2 guys were very apologetic, phoned their base, and agreed the bed would need to be returned to the factory to be disassembled and then redelivered as "a kit of parts" to be assembled in situ. The bed was redelivered first thing the following Monday. The two installers, Dean and Neil, were incredibly professional, polite and cheerful and had completed the task within 90 minutes. This included moving the single bed that was being replaced to another bedroom and taking away a double bed I has already disassembled.

I purchased a double motor recliner in 2021. During the warrantee it had 3 motors that need replacing. I then needed yet another replacement just as the 3 year guarantee had run out and they wanted me to pay for it. I had already paid an enormous price for the chair and as the experience of consequent motors failing, I was not compelled to throw any further money at the problem. Just a note here. I had previously owned a recliner from a high street store which was a fraction of the cost and in 20 years, not a single breakdown.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you have not been satisfied with your purchase. From reviewing the account, we did attend twice to resolve an issue that was being experienced, although neither of these were manufacturing faults we repaired for you without any charge.
The last contact we can see on the account was in 2024, if there is another issue we would be more than willing to assist, as although out of warranty we can still attend to identify the cause of the fault.

Great Company-size chair to fit you, not you to their range
I researched several companies before deciding on the Recliner Factory. I was pleased to discover, that unlike some major nationwide companies, this company measures the customer and builds the chair to fit them, rather than trying to fit the customer into one of 3 or 4 off the peg size chairs. Although for those who wish, such chairs are available.
The sales rep David was pleasant, punctual, informative and helpful. He set up the demonstration model and showed how to use the handset. He asked relevant questions to ensure my needs were met, and explained about associated accessories, but did not push them if I didn't want/need them. He showed me fabric samples, and as we are vegetarian, pointed out the nonleather ones. We chose the Kenilworth recliner in a 'tan' fabric. he made a note of my measurements and efficiently packed everything up.
The delivery agents, Alex and Laurence, phoned ahead to let us know when they were 40 minutes away. When they arrived they were well mannered, efficient, professional and friendly. They set the chair up and explained everything in a clear and understandable manner. They informed us of products that might be helpful, if required, but didn't hard sell them. They checked if anything needed to be collected and cleared packaging and other detritus away. They asked if we had any questions and referred us to the company if we later had any queries after they had left. A credit to the company.
All in all a great experience from start to finish, I thoroughly recommend this company. I am so pleased I chose a seat model with 'knuckle' armrests as I have balance problem and they are a great help when standing and sitting.
If I have one niggle, it is that the 'tan' colour sample I chose, looked brown, but the chair appears more burgundy than brown, despite its 'tan' name. However it is so comfortable I wouldn't be without it, even to change the colour to suit our decor. Hence 5*
