I placed the ordered, it was confirmed and it was delivered. No fuss, no drama, just simply good business practise. Simple to use, reliable and efficiently executed. I am very impressed.

Liable for Customs duty
Be aware that you are liable for customs duty if delivered to ROI. Nowhere on their website do they state this. 1 bag of EZ street costs €36, delivery €10 and customs duty is €20.21. So be prepared to pay €66 for a single bag. This should have been clear on their website. Delivery took many weeks as well.

We’re very sorry that your experience fell below the standard we expect to provide.
The customs charge you were asked to pay should not have been passed on to you. This arose from an error with our shipping provider and, once we became aware of the issue, the charge was refunded. We appreciate how frustrating and confusing this must have been, particularly when it was unexpected.
We also apologise for the length of time your delivery took. This was considerably slower than we would normally expect and we are disappointed that your order was affected in this way.
Red Stag Materials has supplied customers in the Republic of Ireland for many years and we regularly deliver EZ Street and other products there. Customers should be able to order from us with confidence and without unexpected customs charges being presented on delivery. We are reviewing this particular shipment with our logistics provider to help prevent a recurrence.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Very impressed & will definitely use again. The items I purchased were £80 less than anywhere else I could find.
Red Stag are the other end of the country from me. I paid the money & thought my goods wont be here for a while then. How wrong I was. Items arrived within 2 or 3 days which was excellent.

Excellent product and even better service
Excellent product and even better service. Danny was very knowledgeable and gave great product advice. I was most impressed how he even followed up after I had received the product to ask how things were going and whether he could provide any support. First class.

Good products and well priced. Delivered on time. Just a shame the driver couldn’t get his vehicle up our road which meant my partner had to get it up the road himself!
