The packaging says asphalt
The packaging says asphalt, which is what I needed, and ordered. The contents are tarmac, which I could have bought locally, at a fraction of the price.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that product terminology can sometimes be confusing, and we’d like to clarify the difference to avoid any misunderstanding.
"Tarmac" is actually a brand name that has become widely used to refer to a surface material. The correct term for the product is asphalt, which is a mixture of aggregates combined with bitumen. The product you received is indeed asphalt, as stated on the packaging, and is suitable for the purpose you intended.
We always strive to offer the highest quality products and are sorry for any confusion. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions, and we will be happy to assist.

Excellent customer service
I have called the company twice now, about deliveries if the EZ asphalt and on both occasions, I have received wonderful customer service. Danny was extremely helpful in altering my delivery dates to suit me. He also offered good advice about the product and emailed over detailed instructions for use. It was very easy to use and looks good. I would recommend this company to anyone. Pauline Mckay
