I placed the ordered, it was confirmed and it was delivered. No fuss, no drama, just simply good business practise. Simple to use, reliable and efficiently executed. I am very impressed.

The disc cutter that I got was perfect
The disc cutter that I got was perfect, but the delivery company that you used is an absolute shambles, for that reason I wouldn’t get anything else from you

Hello Christopher, We’re delighted to hear that you are pleased with the disc cutter we provided. Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding our delivery partner, FedEx.
Upon reviewing the delivery details, we can see that FedEx attempted to deliver on two separate occasions but was unfortunately unable to complete the delivery as no one was available to accept the order. However, we’re pleased that the delivery was successfully completed on Friday, the 28th, just four days after your order was placed. Our customer service team is on hand and always happy to advise in the case of delivery issues should you have wished to contact us prior to you receiving the order.
We truly value your business and hope to serve you again in the future. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything else we can assist you with.
Best wishes,
The Red Stag Team

Hi Sean,
Thank you for the review, we're so glad you're pleased with the service and product.
Helpful and friendly customer service
Red Stag were very helpful and friendly on the phone, and accommodated delivery of a bulk bag to a location with difficult access. The product itself (EZ Street asphalt) was easily workable and seems to have produced solid pothole repairs after using a wacker plate for compaction. Excellent service overall.
