As another reviewer has stated here, DO NOT BUY any shoes from this brand. They claim to use genuine leather, but instead use cheap thin leather that is glued onto cardboard. After only a few wears, the leather on the toe area began to peel. And this is on shoes that cost 100 EUR! Customer service refused to do anything, claiming it's wear and tear, which is absolutely false! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!!

2/28, adding a comment after their response: It is not possible to return them to the online store, since they said you are claiming they have already been worn, and it's wear and tear. Your response to my rating is false.

Beautiful and comfortable soft leather boots. 2 pairs !

After finally receiving a return label, I returned my shoes bc they did not fit. I requested a refund and have sent numerous emails to customer service to no avail. Tracking number tells me they received my shoes on Dec 30, thats over 2 weeks ago! NO refund, NO response, NOT the way an upscale business should operate. I thought I was buying from a reputable company.

The shoes were delivered to me in the wrong size. The customer service was not able to send me the right shoes and I did not receive the promised return label. I simply didn't receive an answer any more. Really annoying. I have paid for these shoes. Never ever again!

Beware if you have to return goods to this company from UK
It will cost you and your parcel may not get delivered but returned. Losing both cost of goods and cost of postage.

I bought my first Regarde Le Ciel - Jolene Black boots last week. Absolutely love them. The quality of leather, manufacturing, sole choice, the sophisticated sound of the hills, the fit, taste of the design are impressive to experience from a leather engineering point of view with 20 years of experience in leather fashion. After I used it only one day, I was able to say that every detail of these boots are professionally and heartily considered from development to production stage. It made me feel tempted to search about the brand and the team behind this gorgeous product, to write them a special feedback and thank you note on their LinkedIn page. However I couldn’t see any contacts of the management team of the brand. Then I was tempted to leave a public feedback on here where I was a bit disappointed for the brand with the previous negative customer service comments. I would love to see the brand will have less negative feedbacks in the near future with regards to their customer service performance.

They make an outstanding product but seem incapable of delivering to the US. I ordered these shoes on October 13, and have still received no tracking information. My multiple emails have been ignored except for one sent a couple weeks ago saying that the shoes were returned to the company and they needed to use a different carrier. I am at a loss to explain this poor customer service. The boots cost $179. I’m extremely disappointed.

I've been trying to contact them since I received my parcel, which I want to return. They are not responding via email, website form, chat, or Instagram. As a result, they are preventing me from exercising my right to return the item within the legal 14-day period. Worst seller ever

Ordered a pair of boots and they do not suit so I asked how to return these boots as you only have 15 days to return. They sent me a link which did not work and for the past week I have emailed them and asked how I can return and to where but have not had this information sent to me. I think they are not sending me this as they want the 15 days to pass and then I cannot return them. The worst website I have ever bought from so never again. I would like my 99 euro back please.

Returned boots by Royal Mail tracked with signature service. After several attempts to contact Company, they replied to say there had been no one at the returns address and the boots had been delivered to their local Post Office. I was told someone would collect them and process my return the following day. I have not heard from them since despite numerous emails from me.
I think this Company needs to be investigated as it appears numerous customers are either not receiving goods they have ordered or not receiving a refund when returning items. 12th November - The Company have now been in contact and issued a refund. It is a shame it took so much effort and stress to get the matter resolved. Their returns and refund process needs to be overhauled.

I had a pair of biker boots from this company, bought a year or two ago. I absolutely loved them they fitted so well (i have very skinny ankles so difficult to find something that will fit) and were really good quality. Unfortunately the footbed in one boot has completely collapsed and they are now unwearable. I contacted customer services a number of times to see if I could get them replaced or a contribution towards another pair seeing as I would expect them to last longer given the price but not heard anything back despite repeated multiple attempts. Such a shame. Won’t be buying again especially given the other reviews on here 😢

So I am changing my review as I got in contact with customer service. Sadly the pair of shoes I had chosen is sold out, but I got for the same price another pair. They arrived very quickly, are perfect quality and very beautiful. I am however not giving full stars, because it took 2,5 weeks overall and the purpose was not fulfilled. Anyway the shoes are great!

Very very very bad costumerservice. I want to send my order back but they don’t answer. I am afraid, when i send my order back to spain, they don’t pay me back. So, watch out!!! Don’t buy online.

Ich habe bisher gute Erfahrungen mit der Qualität von Regarde le Ciel gemacht und finde auch, dass sie ein schönes Design haben. Deshalb habe ich gerade mein drittes Paar Schuhe dieser Marke gekauft. ABER: Und das kann ich angesichts der Erfahrungen, die andere Kunden hier berichten, nur bestätigen: Kauft NICHT beim Online Shop direkt. Sollten sie nicht passen, dann müsst ihr die Schuhe auf eigene Kosten nach Spanien zurückschicken, und es gibt KEINE Rückmeldung. Ich habe glücklicherweise versichert für 15 Euro retourniert und das Unternehmen 3x angeschrieben - keine Antwort und kein Geld zurück. Erst als ich den Fall bei PayPal eskaliert habe, bekam ich den Kaufpreis nach mehr als 4 Wochen zurück. Mein Fazit: Bestellt die Schuhe lieber online bei einem Regarde le Ciel-Shop in Deutschland oder kauft sie vor Ort im Laden. Da gibt es mehrere gut bewertete mit großer Auswahl! Da klappt es dann auch mit der kostenlosen Rücksendung, falls mal etwas nicht passen sollte. Deshalb 0 Punkte für den nicht vorhandenen Kundenservice bei Regardeleciel.com, aber 5 Punkte für die Produktpalette.

Really poor customer service. I want to return my order and have followed the instructions on the RLC website. Nobody got back to me, so I sent a message on Instagram. I did get a response - they said they would get the customer service team to contact me. I am still waiting and I have chased them many times ….. radio silence! I don’t want to return the boots until the company has acknowledged, and authorised, the return as I have to post to Barcelona. I worry that if I return them without authorisation, I won’t get my money back, but they only give you a 15 day return period. I don’t know what to do next. It’s a shame as their shoes are really good quality - but I will never buy from them again.

Leider hat sich Regarde de Ciel nicht zurückgemeldet..
Ich hatte Anfang September gemeldet, dass ich in einem Store Schuhe der Marke gekauft hatte. Als ich zuhause den Schuhkarton öffnete ist mir aufgefallen, dass einer der Schuhe komplett ausgeblichen ist!

Da der Store im Schlussverkauf war, konnte ich die Schuhe natürlich nicht zurückgeben. Ich hatte regarde Le Ciel geschrieben und den Fall gemeldet. Zum einen, da der Verkauf vom Store unverschämt war und ich hatte gefragt, ob ich ggf. einen Ersatz für den Schuh bekomme. Bilder hatte ich mitgeschickt. Diese Qualität ist eigentlich kein Standard bei Regarde Le Ciel. Leider habe ich nie eine Antwort erhalten. Nicht mal ein Nein, oder vielen Dank für dein Feedback und sowas finde ich sehr schade. Ob ich die Marke nochmals kaufe bezweifle ich sehr.

I regularly buy from Regarde le Ciel, the shoes are incredibly comfortable and good quality leather consistently. When bought the Analisa boots for my work Christmas party (I normally never wear heels) they were so comfortable they have now become an everyday shoe that I can comfortably wear on either a full day in the office or for dinner and a boogie with the girls.

I ordered shoe before Christmas, which arrived and everything, they were too big, So I was returned them by registered Post. I followed their instructions to send them an email to say I was returning the shoes. They received the shoes on the 24th of January, But I have not received by refund, I have emailed them numerous times with no response, I have DM on Instagram to be told someone would contact me, but no one ever does. Shocking customer service, do not buy from this company, I have lost €120.00.
