A very easy to navigate website, I found the product I was looking for, great price, speedy delivery and it worked perfectly first time. Couldn’t have been happier will certainly use again.

I have contacted them numerous times to say no matter how many times, we've tried to connect the two zappers we bought (even after they hadn't arrived for weeks) they didn't work. Have I heard anything back? Absolutely NOTHING! Soooo frustrating, I even called and the phone went dead after a few minutes...

unless you speaking any other language other then English your screwed .....
very annoying my order is stuck in customs they don't seem to want to communicate and there's no way to refund I'm going to have to report for fraudulent activity.
ignored all emails customer service line only speak Italian or Spanish dutch n German and do not want to help AVIOD AT ALL COST just to save £10 or so

VERY POOR BUSINESS AND SERVICE

I ordered a remote control 30 june 2023 !!!!!!!!
After a lot of emails asking for delivery they asked me to prove my payment with a signed document of my bank !!! After again a lot of mails I cancelled the order and asked to refund me. After again a lot of mails they told me it was refunded and I should check with my bank.
I even did all that !!!!!!!!
Until today : no delivery, no refund.
They completely ignore my mails now....

SHAME ON YOU !!!!!!!!

Hopeless customer service!

When I call it goes to Italy

When I ask how to refund my fobs which dont work they ignore me.

26th October - 2 weeks of e-mail's to their customer service (as requested) & still no reply. PLEASE HELP ME URGENTLY ... you are abysmal (google it)

Terrible experience from the start, wouldn't allow me to apply discount (I should have realised then) ... product arrived, doesn't work, can't get a reply from anyone after many e-mails, premium phone number, just called & Italian lady said call back! I'm now left with a product I want to return but cannot .. HELP ME

quick delivery

I ordered two remotes on line on a Friday and had no delivery charge from France to Ireland. The package arrived by post the following Thursday. I opened the package, followed the instructions and had both both remotes programmed within minutes.

Remotes worked as expected. Had to program using the receiver rather than the existing remotes but not a problem.

I called the number 3 times each time a broken english spoken person answered asking me to try again in hope an english speaking person would pick up? I gave up and sent e-mail. Then communication was good
It claims 24/48 delivery
As this is a French company orders must clear customs, it took 4 days for delivery
Could not get remotes to work so had to return.
Beware of postage costs as RCE want tracking number unnecassary extra cost to customer, so to return 2 remotes costing £40 cost £10.95 to return.
Expensive exercise, Returned Friday so still waiting refund

It arrived on schedule and matched its description.

Product as described and delivered in timescale as promised.

I ordered two remotes for my garage door, these did not work despite being advertised as being compatable, I returned them to the company , but never got a refund. They keep making an excuse that they have not received the package, their word against mine.
