Concerning E-KING MARANTEC 433-4C II:

I purchased 2 new E-KING 433-4C II Marantec remote controllers. One got broken due to a wasmachine experience, hi.

Marantec E-KING 433-4C II has excellent range, suspect excellent RF transmitter design and excellent antenna design, and is reliable. Also easy to copy using one still OK controller, using interconnection between the old and new controller.

Concerning Remote Control Express company:
Fast delivery, good support on the website with manual, competitive price to The Netherlands.

Wasn't sure if they would work but supplier said I could return if they didn't which gave me confidence to try them out Good pricing and managed to programe the remotes after a bit of careful reading. Very pleased with my purchase. Would recommend.

The service was prompt. Instructions were included in the package.

Ordered 3 NICE ON2E gate transmitters - none could be programmed from one of my existing remotes. Their web site and support are hopeless, giving inaccurate instructions and asking for irrelevant information before issuing a return (at my cost to France).

If you have problems call NICE for support. DON'T USE REMOTECONTROL-EXPRESS.

Would not go with this company, ordered a remote control for my garage door which arrived faulty. Took a week of email back and forth with Michel where they suggested I had order the wrong product they instead sent me a link for the same product I had ordered! they said I would have 14 days from the date I had received it to return it back to France, and that I would have to pay for the return!. Sent a follow up email challenging the fact I had to pay for returning a faulty product, and have not received a response since which is now reaching 20days!

Good delivery, item works perfectly, but not the one I expected. Received key ring type, expected hand held for use in house. really no problem.

I was able to find the exact model of controller I needed from an extremely comprehensive list. Prices were fair and the unit was available from stock. Communications were good and the unit arrived pretty promptly.

Ordered 2 remote controls on 6th Jan 2023 system took order and payment but did not quote order number, just a message stating email would be sent with details. Not had any email by 09/01/2023 contacted Remote Control Express on 02033188218 and spoke with a french lady who advised complete form on their website and they will trace order. Completed web form twice still no information sent. Telephoned again on 10/01/2023 and spoke to the same french person who took my email address and she contact me directly by email. Still no contact after 4 days of placing the order . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SEEMS LIKE A SCAM OUTFIT.
