Absolutely terrible experience. What should have been a straightforward move turned into a nightmare once I started unpacking.

None of my items were properly protected. My PlayStation 5 was placed at the end of a cardboard box with no bubble wrap or padding, which resulted in damage. The same lack of care applied to other electronics and furniture, including a design table and another PS5, which were also not properly wrapped.

On top of that, the service was not completed as agreed. All boxes were clearly labelled (Kitchen, Living Room, and 2nd Room upstairs), yet everything was left in a single room. I essentially paid for a service that was not delivered.
Would not recommend.

I've had a great experience with this company for our house move. Hard working team, everything packaged very well and no breakages.

They unloaded and moved our contents into our new home very quickly and everything was put where we asked it to be.

I can’t recommend Removals Expert enough! Melissa was fantastic, she managed to get me booked in at very short notice (Friday afternoon for a Sunday move!) and made the whole process stress-free. Usman and Milad, the removal team, were brilliant – they arrived early, were professional, super friendly, and worked incredibly quickly while still handling everything with great care. I had lots of glass and mirrors to move, and not a single thing was broken. I was genuinely shocked at how smoothly and efficiently it all went. Amazing value and service, I’m absolutely delighted!

Atif & Baree arrived promptly and moved furniture and heavy boxes of books carefully and without incident.

This was the most unprofessional and sloppy move I have ever experienced. It started with the surveyor from Removals Expert failing to notice when he came to do the survey that we lived on a Red Route. Then the company failed to provide enough people to get the job done. They were sloppy with wrapping items resulting in breakage of two very expensive Limoges pieces that cannot be replaced. And, they failed to finish the unpacking. This was the worst move I have ever experienced and I would never use this company again.

I recently used Removal Expert to move my office and had a really good experience. The team was very professional. Waqar and zuhaib took great care of all my items. Everything was moved safely and on time, making the whole process stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving service.

Removal experts did great job moving my house from croydon to bromley, Guys specially waqar, baree and sufyan were supportive through out the move and in putting things at right places in new property. Would really recommend them.

They seemed to be fine at first in terms of wrapping and loading but I only discovered on trying to find things how randomly they’d packed . I found food stuffs in with a coffee machine no plates or crockery or cutlery that’s accessible I have an armchair with no seat pad so usable, a desk with no key , a Dyson vacuum cleaner with no accessories , vintage turn of century cabinet has all the teak veneer lifting . Goodness know what other damage they have caused . About 150 boxes and stuff has literally been stuffed into my garage and spare room I cannot get in to find anything they have not been adequately labelled . I’m having to hire storage space and other people to move my stuff so I can get on with a functioning life . I would not recommend them at all

Charged me extra saying I had to have a bigger van, then sent a standard size van and refused to refund the difference and ignored my emails after an unpleasant phone call where I got shouted at. Movers pressurise you to write a review in their presence so that you write something positive. Damaged an antique item as they rush everything, and a wall! Do not recommend unfortunately.

Hired Removal Experts for our flat move. We had to increase the van size last minute and this was accommodated. The movers on the day were very friendly, with excellent customer service (thanks Milad and Bacho!). Would recommend and will use again.

Moving experts were very patient and considerate when my completion date kept being delayed. They offered the most competitive price and were prompt, professional and careful with all of our belongings, ensuring they reached their new home safe and sound. I would definitely use them again!

Expert removals were fantastic from start to finish and we highly recommend them. From Aaron and Duncan in the office through to our fabulous removals men on the day.
