These guys are basically scammers, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CAR THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

I took my car in to have it MOT'd, I didn't know them but after trying to find a mechanic I could trust and going through them like butter I decided to go with RepAyr My Car.

The MOT was a surprise as it failed in multiple areas and they told me a rusty wheel well was a dangerous fault because the wheel might fall out but they could have just advised me to take the wheel out as its not legally mandatory.

There was a bit of rust in the wheel well but it was obvious a screw driver had been hammered through it, the metal was still dangling from the bottom, they had hammered it inside to out.

Regardless, the bill was 1900 not including any welding. I was willing to go ahead with this because i just wanted it done but when I asked for labour and parts to be split they said "we don't do that", they obviously had not thought this through because it makes no logical sense, they have to tell me which parts they put in my car as I obviously have a right to know, when I asked them they told me they would get back to me with that information but of course, they ignored all my emails.

This is not the behaviours of an establishment you want to put you and your families lives in, who knows what they are doing to your car.

STAY AWAY

I went to RepAyr when the antipollution check stop start and injection lights came on then the engine hazard warning.
They booked me in quickly and kept the car till it was fixed.It required 3xcleans and because of the Regen the oil and filter needed replaced.The pipework was checked too.
I was quoted a price before any work was done and there were no additional casts.You could even pay it over three months interest free if you wanted.
If the light comes back on I have to take it in and they will clean it again with no charge.
The only downside would be that in this instance I had to do most of the communicating.However it is Summer , staff are probably off and it is a busy garage.
Ross said even if I needed anything like tyre pressures checked at anytime to just pop in.I am so happy to have my car back on the road Thank you.

My car was in for a service today amg what can I say outstanding done on time parts and oil change .price of service very good also staff 5 star will use again.

Mine was an audi a7 transmission issue Ross and his team got the issue sorted he went above and beyond to help and provide support throughout experience providing me with a courtesy car till job was completed I'm over the moon with work carried out on my car. Contacted Ross and his team at RepAyr after having concerns about noises coming from my car. Ross took the car in instantly and checked and diagnosed the issue immediately. No nonsense if you need they will source the best price. If not required they are honest and up front let you know how long you have before job becomes a requirement.

Have used repayr my car for 3-4 years now, best garage ive used and the payment assist facility helps a lot too. The management and staff are honest, reliable and efficient. They dont go looking for problems to do unnecessary work and are happy to show you the old parts if you want which is great after a history of issues with a rogue garage. Prices are pretty reasonable too i think.

After car was in for MOT at another garage, I came to Repayrmycar for repairs. Very detailed report given and video of everything that needed changed/fixed. Ross was very helpful and happy to give any advice.

I bought one of the last Jaguar XJ 358 models with 68000 miles on the clock at this mileage it was starting to throw up some repair issues with air suspension ,wheel bearings , and ABS brake problems, Ross and the lads at RepAyr My Car were entrusted with getting my car back to rude health, they achieved this without breaking the bank, I now have had the gearbox serviced, again at a reasonable cost , the ownership of these prestige cars is possible if you can find a friendly garage to supply this kind of service, also for supply of tires ,Ross was able to supply at slightly less than the market leaders on premium brands I can recommend without reserve this garage to anyone.
