Great service and I would recommend them to anyone

Please be careful using this garage. They ripped us off for over £1000 for something that didnt need doing. The aa took is here after a brake down. They kept are van for 4 weeks saying they where looking for the problem. They took are dash out and never put it back in properly. Then said that the needed a fuel pump. Got the van back after 4 weeks going thinking that was it the problem was sorted. Released that they had took the relay for the fuel out and bypassed it with a wire. We bought a new relay and put it in and the van stopped going. Took it to another garage the put the new relay in took the bypass out gave the unit a clean and it was going like a dream. We told the garage that these cowboys had put a new fuel pump in only to be told no new fuel pump was put in has these Van's never need there fuel pumps replaced that's why fords dont sell them. So we called fords for the fun of it and was told they dont sell them has these Van's never need one so was impossible for this to have needed replace so god knows what they did. We feel they did nothing of the sorts only by passed the relay and charged us over a £1000 please be careful using these or get a second opinion of there work has the tell you there have changed things to charge you when they have no. Robbers. (yes I may have gone through the AA. But you still put a part on my van that didn't need doing. Even Ford themselves don't surply them parts has they never need done. Plus we can't even close the glove box because you took everything apart and dint put it back together right. All you had to say was you couldn't fix it and didn't know what was wrong with it so we could have took it to someone who knows what there doing and it cost more money to fix everything you did wrong with it. So it doesn't matter what way it was paid it was still a rip off. Plus no old part was checked has you didn't remove the pump. Unless it was a second hand part? Has you can't buy them new in witch case you still ripped us off and the AA.)

A rare find thanks to the AA. Everyone is really helpful and friendly but most of all trustworthy. I’ve had the best of advice and service. So much so I would consider always using Ross even if I have to move back south of the border. I know he will look after me and my family which is all I need to know.

I always take my car to Ross and the guys here, I feel confident they have mine and my cars best interests at the core of what they do, since we have been on lockdown I have had my car mot’d as I didn’t want to sit and wait in a huge queue when it was all over if they could do it now , you can just pay and go so no need to worry about covid 19 issues, I wouldn’t want to worry about sorting my car when the whole world goes back to normal as I imagine it will be a nightmare, and before anyone asks I am a carer and I need my car !
