The first engineer was not at all helpful. He just pressed buttons, ran some tests and said there was no problem with the machine, despite us explaining the issue of running for six hours and no water in the tank at the end. We demanded a second engineer. He was the extreme opposite. Immediately took the machine apart and found more lint than he had ever seen inside a machine, a manufacturing fault, and a couple of other issues. Shane came back today and repaired it. After first visit I would have given 0 stars but it would be churlish to give anything other than five stars for the second engineer.

The engineer came and fixed the problem, all in just about 5 minutes. I was amazed.

Repair man called to say 20 mins and he was. Problem sorted really quickly too. He had been before and sorted another problem.

My husband was very happy when the Technician came out and promptly resolved the issue . However I have not given five stars because communication could be improved as there were a lot of calls from the booking department asking /clarifying the same things re appointment times/incorrect email addresses .

The team on the phone and the engineers that have come out to fix our dishwasher have all been really friendly, polite and helpful and done their utmost to try and fix the dishwasher as quickly as possible. I am really happy with and grateful for the service I have received.

Very good 😁 Engineer arrived on time.. Thankfully he had the part that was needed to mend my tumble dryer on his van which was lucky. He mended it and it works perfect again.. I did have to wait 6 days for him to come but at least it works now!

The engineer was really helpful. He fixed the problem easily, tidied everything away and helped with a further question I had regarding our hob. The appointment booking was efficient and communication really good.
