He went above and beyond my expectations, even explaining why I was experiencing certain issues with my tumble dryer.

I thought my washing machine had gone wrong but the problem turned out to be how I was using it.
The engineer checked it thoroughly and reassured me that it was in good working order.
He then gave me some invaluable advice about using the machine, detergents, temperatures etc.
I’m confident now that I can avoid further problems.

This firm was allocated by AEG for my washing machine. Communications were good, engineer was a lovely guy who knew what he was doing, resolving the problem quickly and actually, another issue too which he completed a few days later. Vey satisfied.
