Richer Sounds - Bristol Opiniones 

Some years later and I’m back in Richer Sounds buying a big screen OLED TV. This time it was Bristol branch, rather than Exeter.

Now I’m a bit of a tricky customer when it comes to hi-fi and TV. Because I used to sell it. Some decades ago mind, but I know when someone is trying to pull the wool over my eyes.

It’s never happened yet in an RS store. And Bristol staff didn’t let me down either.

As a professional buyer (now) I’m always looking for someone who listens to what my requirements are and matches that against the available products and then details the relative merits of those products. In enough detail that I get the benefits but not too much detail that I’m swamped with info and confused.
Step forward and take a bow Noah. Perfect level of listening skills and balanced explanation. Fine customer service, always apologising for when he had to switch his attention to helping the trainee who was serving someone else.

I purchased a Sony Bravia 8 which due to its size and new arrival to the market it had to be delivered - gutted as I wanted to take it home that day, but you know what? I so enjoyed my time in Store I didn’t really mind leaving empty handed but a lot of ££ lighter!

If you need to buy hi-fi or TV and you aren’t sure of where to start, or even if you are very clued up - pop into your local Richer Sounds and chat to them. You can’t buy it cheaper, and you will struggle to get better service. Maybe equal, but not better.

Competitive prices. Extended warranty and knowledgeable helpful staff.

I’ve had several tv and hi-fi systems from Richer Sounds. Staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. They have found what they search for — A customer for life.

Excellent products, and extended warranty. Helpful and friendly staff. The ability to recycle the old equivalent TV was an added bonus.

Purchased a Yamaha RS202D (Black)
DAB/Bluetooth Stereo Receiver , collected at the Bristol branch.It was faulty, because the Bluetooth and radio tuner was not working.
The Receiver was replaced within a few days, and is working perfectly.

Excellent customer service.

From advice in the shop to delivery, everything went brilliantly, couldn't recommend more, will be using again

Really great service. We bought a TV from RS for the first time (they were recommended as we normally use John Lewis). TV kept turning itself off and sound would disappear if you paused a programme. They swapped it no issues. Only too happy to help us.
