I had excellent experience with Richer Sounds, the sales people i dealt with were knowledgeable about their products, when I asked a question they weren't quite sure of (before i purchased) they took my number, obtained the information and called me back within a few hours. Very commendable and professional. Thank you so much, my Roberts blutune 300l digital sound system is brilliant for my needs.

I ordered a record deck & speakers
I ordered a record deck & speakers, but the speakers were not in stock. Your customer service operative 'Josh' suggested delivering the record deck immediately & promising to deliver the speakers when they arrived. As this was only a couple of weeks before Christmas, I was concerned they would not arrive in time. They have now both arrived, well before Christmas. Thank you Richer Sounds & a special thank you to Josh for going that extra mile.
