This is the second time we are buying a TV from this company the service is exceptional from start to the television arriving. Thank you all at the Richar Sound team.

Jeff from telephone support was extremely helpful in selecting a suitable tv for our needs and sent over a shortlist of options. Followed by a very helpful and communicative Gareth delivering the tv 2 days later. He text in the morning to advise our slot and adjusted his schedule to suit our availability. What a very pleasant experience this has been. A full 5 stars all around. Thank you

Had delivery of new TV today from Gareth & Mark. Got a courtesy call 30 mins before they arrived, all on time and about as quick and efficient as you could ask for.

Excellent service from the Chester team, thanks. Kit purchased and assisted with loading car. Remainder arrived on time, and I was able to adjust the home delivery easily when it turned out I couldn't be available.
As a bonus, was advised on dealing with interference and connection problems with my home HiFi system already installed.

Richer Sounds is a great company to buy off, I have used them many times. This delivery of a Samsung tv by Karol and Paul was very efficient. I was given a delivery slot (only two days after ordering) and Karol rang me when they were ½ hour away. All good! 👍

I received a text giving me a 1hr delivery slot which was great. Gareth and Mark rang to say they were going to be early if that was ok which is was. They were very polite and professional and provided an excellent service. I am very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend.

Arrived on time following Gareth’s phone call and he very kindly carried it into the house to allow easy unpacking. Top job
