Very good experience I visited the shop in Manchester the gentleman that I spoke to New exactly what I was after he didn’t have it in stock, but sourced the tv that I wanted and even delivered it the next day excellent customer service

Until now they have been excellent.
Then I got a faulty Manhattan Aero. Manhattan were less than helpful. I ordered another which was fine.
Then came trying to return the first.
The e mail says 3 photos are required but nothing about what to do with them. Take the box in the box HUH? Does it mean the device in the box. Then plug in the box, what cardboard?

They may be more expensive then most other options, but the customer service, support, and returns makes it 100% worth it.
If I can I always buy from them

Wanted new bookshelf speakers to replace my 30+ year old Tannoy 607s in a smaller room. Adrian the store manager set up What HiFi award winners against DALI SONIK3 in the 'experience room'. Played a few tracks of my eclectic music tastes and we both agreed the DALI speakers had more depth. Adrian was really helpful, also bought some Mountson Essential Speaker Stands.
Great service, delivery postponed until I go back from holiday and DPD delivered early within the timeslot sent to me.

Friendly staff and knowledgeable, but didn't have much choice in store for what I wanted, only 2 products for ear buds to choose from.

I have bought Ruarkaudio R1S. I received 6 years warranty. In 2019 i bought there record player by Denon , is still working from 7 years . Richer sounds giving customers very good service and long-term warranty. The staff is very friendly and helpful . If you don't know where to buy,buy at Richer sounds.

Great device, great store

Ordered a CA AMP from their Manchester shop. They sorted a demo out with streamer, Dali speakers and amp. Fantastic service. Straightforward sales. Delivery door on. And the kit in the house sounds great. Next month I’ll by the CA streamer. Cheers, Rick.

Great company. Really good customer service. Would recommend over any other electronic retailer as the service after my TV developed a fault after 5 years was amazing.

Richer sounds! What can I say have been using them for years. Always buy my Audio visual products from them, 6 year warrantey is always a bonus. Great advice aswell when going into the Deanagate Manchester store!

The staff were very friendly and explained everything about the product I was browsing.
I initially tried to pay by card, but they do not accept international cards, so I had to pay in cash instead. After I went to the ATM and came back, the staff kindly gave me a £5 discount, which I really appreciated.
The payment made by my card actually went through as well, but the store handled it professionally and refunded it back without any issues. Great customer service and very helpful staff overall!
