Both items not at branch. Promised for next day and told I'd gret a phone call to say my order was in.
Sure enough, phone call next day and were available for collection.
Excellent service, as always. Staff were friendly and polite.

Always honest.
Richer Sounds has always been my go.to.AV specialist shop. Their fantastic knowledge of the items they sell far surpasses that of the big nationals, and I always feel their advice is honest and neutral, unswayed by bias and commissions.

Why wait for delivery, go to the store
Friendly and helpful staff were able to answer questions about a receiver and made purchasing in store a breeze and preferential to buying online and then waiting in for delivery.
