What was meant to be a trip to the tip to get rid of old furniture turned into visiting the showroom and purchasing two of the most amazing arm chairs…. Laid looked after us amazingly ensuring we got the best look around and followed the brief, kinda I nearly ended up with a sofa with automatic recliner!
Really amazing we will be back soon for some more inspiration.. Thanks Lais and team…..

It’s nuts to go down to Wandsworth when the new BB Showroom is a short walk away. Well, the good folks called me down, were very cordial, and I ordered an Edito Armchair - more to follow!

Why can’t the ‘could not be bothered’ sales guys at Finchley Road be more like their South London counterpart!?

PS. See comment from RB below. They seem to miss the point. Why can’t the Finchley Road team be just as hungry and switched on!

I have been a loyal customer since 1997, but my recent experience has been so disappointing that I am now considering never shopping with Roche Bobois again.
We purchased a sofa that looked and felt fantastic in the showroom. It was delivered surprisingly quickly—just under six weeks—which caused some inconvenience but also a great deal of excitement. Unfortunately, that excitement faded only two weeks after delivery when we noticed extra fabric folds, sagging on one of the seats, and misaligned seams between the two seat sections. The sofa already looked tired and worn, as if it had been used for a long time.
We immediately emailed the Wandsworth branch of Roche Bobois with photos and a request for the issue to be addressed. This began a long, three-month process of appointments, emails, and waiting for reports. First, they sent someone to verify our concerns. Then, they sent another furniture expert from an externally commissioned company. After that, we heard nothing further. We waited another month and finally followed up, only to be told that the case had been closed because the defects were deemed “wear and tear” according to the expert’s report.
We were absolutely shocked—not only because the conclusion was implausible (the sofa was only two weeks old!), but also because we were never informed of the report’s results. The branch closed our enquiry without telling us. This is completely unacceptable, and we felt extremely disrespected.
We are beyond disappointed with the service and treatment from a company renowned for its quality and customer care. This experience has severely damaged our trust in the Roche Bobois brand.

Excellent customer service from Carl. Friendly and professional, he was also patient and helpful, when I was hesitating for best colour to choose, in order to make sure I was happy with my choice.

Carl who we have known for a number of years was extremely helpful and very professional, loaned us fabric swatches so we could see them in our own home to help make a final decision,

High quality of goods, and variety of goods. We managed to see eight different types of bar stools in one go. It helped us make decision very quickly.

The sales person, Lais, was very good in communicating, spoke clearly and we felt we could trust her. After such experience there was no way of going back to another brand or supplier.

Lovely staff and shop.

Amazing help and service. Both Carl and Lisa were superb in their attitude, their help in choosing the type of sofa, colours, measurements and listening to our requirements. We do have particular needs because my husband living with two hip replacements and having undergone an operation on his spine does require a sofa that is higher than the normal which needs thought before making a final choice. Our purchase however of a large coffee table was made perfect by the superb packing and help with squeezing it into the car. Well done and thank you.

A beautiful showroom with the service to match. We had a lovely experience with the team here, they guided us through every design aspect, and even created 3D drawings for us on the spot. Amazing service, can't wait for our sofa to arrive!
